Delivering Our Work

Every session at Magic Care Moments Club is thoughtfully designed and delivered by trained professionals, creating safe, structured, and inclusive experiences for every child.

How We Work

We deliver every session with care, structure, and understanding — ensuring each child feels safe, included, and supported. Our sessions are designed to nurture emotional wellbeing, communication, and connection through play, creativity, and movement.

Sensory Play Sessions

Every child experiences the world differently. Our sensory sessions are designed around individual sensory profiles, helping children to relax, focus, and engage at their own pace. Activities include tactile play, calming light and sound, and safe exploration in a soothing environment.

Creative Arts Therapy

Led by qualified practitioners, our creative arts sessions use drawing, music, and movement to help children express emotions that can be difficult to put into words. These sessions encourage self-confidence and connection through gentle, creative exploration.

Movement and Outdoor Activities

Our movement-based sessions — including yoga, dance, and outdoor play — support coordination, motor skills, and emotional release. These activities help children build confidence, develop friendships, and enjoy the freedom of active, joyful movement.

Family Support Workshops

We know that supporting a child with SEND is a shared journey. Our workshops offer practical tools, guidance, and community for parents and carers, helping families feel empowered and connected.

Our Approach

Every session is delivered by trained staff experienced in SEND and safeguarding. Activities are risk-assessed, structured, and supervised to ensure safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes. We work in partnership with families, schools, and professionals to ensure each child receives consistent, tailored support.

Our Standards and Safeguards

Trust, safety, and transparency guide everything we do — from how we deliver sessions to how we make decisions.

Safe, Structured, and Supportive

Every child's wellbeing comes first. All our activities are risk-assessed, inclusive, and run by trained staff with experience in SEND and safeguarding. Sessions are designed to be both structured and nurturing, helping children feel secure while they explore, play, and grow.

Professional Practice

Our practitioners and volunteers are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding, communication, and therapeutic approaches. We follow clear protocols to make sure every child, family, and staff member feels respected and protected in our care.

Strong, Transparent Governance

Magic Care Moments Club is led by a board of trustees who bring experience in SEND, community care, and safeguarding. They oversee our work, ensure decisions are made in the best interests of children and families, and manage any potential conflicts with openness and care.

Integrity and Accountability

We're committed to high standards in everything we do — from how we deliver our services to how we use our resources. Our aim is to remain transparent, ethical, and always focused on creating meaningful impact for the children and families we support.

If you'd like to know more about how we uphold our standards and ensure the safety of every child, we'd be happy to talk — please get in touch with our team.
